New look with last year's items

       Here is another combination of items I already showed in my previous posts, which I am sure I will keep wearing for a long period of time in different ways. The older I get the more I understand that I don't want a big closet anymore, I want a smart one. The closet which contains well-made pieces with an interesting, unique design. The items which I can mix and match, and they would make every outfit look new, fresh and not outdated. It is my goal now...

       These printed pants I wore last year with a denim shirt here. They are 100% linen and I really like how they were made. Before I buy any item, I always turn it over and check how the seams were treated, how straight the lines are. Today, I don't mind paying extra money for the work done with great quality. Remember when I wrote that I was a seamstress?

      This sweater I also showed in my post last fall here. I wear it very often in different combinations and I always get compliments on it. It is snug and comfortable, and it has not lost its shape after so many washes. Of course, it is a hand wash item, but I don't mind giving it some extra care because it will always repay me with a magnificent appearance.

    Beautiful outfit! I love the print of your pants and the flare on you. The lace up detail of your sweater is beautiful too! I am the same in regard to my closet, I buy a bit here and there to go with what exists in my closet, but i love to mix and match my existing clothes, via quality over quantity.
