Fall choices

Before I moved to the US I had never paid too much attention to the colors I selected for each season. Of course, I wore darker colors for the fall and winter and lighter and brighter for the warm seasons but never further subdivided them by color preferences. And this is probably my first year when I really paid attention to this and updated my wardrobe with the fall colors.

I actually started to feel desire to create my outfits based on colors around me and when I look at our photos after photoshoots taken by Evgeny, I like to see that my clothes fit so harmoniously into the landscapes around.

Do you define your clothes by seasons' colors?

  1. I always admire your outifts: you always have interesting textures and different styles and cut that you do not see on every blogger.

  2. You are looking so chic. I have generally geared color to season, as the temperature didn't change much where I formerly lived. I'm getting acclimated to my new location. I adore these jeans and am going to see how they work for me at my local Anthro. I like to harmonize with my backgrounds, too!

  3. I do change some of the colors to the season, although many of the warm tones I chose for Fall- mustard, rust, olive, will work in other seasons as well. I like to expand my closet this way. Love the textured sweater and pretty mustard floral here, love the jean's style too!

  4. Tatiana, Growing up in Michigan where we had four distinct seasons, I always though clothing naturally changed with the colors of the seasons. We even remember "winter white" pants (a cool white wool). I can remember anticipating the change of seasons and the change in colors and textures of clothes.
